Her work bridges technical engineering, sustainability governance, climate finance, research, and practical implementation.

At ZEA International, Zipporah leads the development of ESG and carbon reporting services, circular economy consulting, climate project concepts, capacity-building programmes, stakeholder engagement, and strategic partnerships. Her experience includes leading and supporting projects in Ghana, Germany, South Africa, and wider international contexts, including work connected to green energy, waste management, sanitation, sustainability reporting, and emissions accounting.

Zipporah's leadership is anchored in practical impact: helping institutions move beyond sustainability ambition into measurable, investable, and locally relevant action.

Dr. Edward Antwi serves as Chief Climate Technology & Innovation Officer at ZEA International, providing strategic technical leadership across climate technology, waste-to-energy systems, carbon finance, renewable energy, bioenergy, green hydrogen, biomethanol, and circular resource recovery.

He is an Environmental Engineer with deep expertise in circular economy, environmental policy, CDM project development, green technology development, biogas, hydrothermal carbonisation, landfill gas, RDF, and renewable energy systems. He holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Rostock, with research focused on biogas and hydrothermal carbonisation, alongside engineering training in mechanical and chemical engineering.

Dr. Antwi brings extensive project and research experience across Ghana, Germany, Nigeria, Togo, India, and wider West Africa. His track record includes work on waste-to-energy research, hybrid waste-to-energy power concepts, hydrogen and methanation extensions, waste processing plant concepts, landfill gas CDM project development, improved cookstove CDM verification, biogas technology transfer, solar mini-grid development, RDF research, and decentralised bioenergy systems.

At ZEA International, he ensures that the company's sustainability solutions are not only attractive in concept, but technically sound, bankable, scalable, and aligned with emerging climate and carbon-market opportunities.

Mrs. Anna Asiedu-Brobbey serves as Director of Governance, Legal & Institutional Operations at ZEA International, leading the company's governance systems, administrative coordination, legal documentation, compliance support, internal operations, and institutional accountability.

She brings over ten years of experience across law, human resource management, public administration, organisational coordination, financial-sector operations, and development-oriented institutional work.

Anna holds a Master of Laws in Law and Development from the University of Ghana School of Law, a Bachelor of Laws from GIMPA, and a BSc in Human Resource Management from Central University College. This combination of legal, administrative, HR, and institutional experience positions her to support ZEA's contracts, compliance processes, governance documentation, internal controls, stakeholder communication, and organisational systems.

Dr. Samuel Koranteng Fianko serves as Director of Research, Finance & Institutional Strategy at ZEA International, strengthening the company's research, finance, proposal development, institutional strategy, and evidence-based advisory work.

He is a research, accounting, finance, and policy expert with experience in sustainability reporting, ESG readiness, AI in professional education, accounting standards, and institutional development across Ghana and West Africa.

He currently serves as Head of Research at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and the West African Centre for Accountancy Research, where he leads research on accounting standards, IFRS S1 and S2 sustainability disclosure readiness, IPSAS implementation, AI in professional accounting education, and policy-focused institutional development.
